They review the program.
The FSCH funnel explains credit education, readiness planning, and homeownership preparation.
FSCH works with them.
The team evaluates their circumstances, responsibilities, and suitable traditional or alternative pathways.
The relationship is protected.
When an agent refers a client, FSCH works to return that client to the referring agent when ready to resume the home search.
