What if I have not closed a deal recently?+
A slow season does not automatically disqualify you. Fit depends on your goals, readiness, resources, coachability, and willingness to implement—not only your latest closing.
Do I need a real estate license?+
No. Investors do not need to be licensed to apply. Licensed professionals remain responsible for complying with their brokerage, licensing rules, and applicable law.
Can I participate while working full-time?+
Possibly. You will need protected implementation time each week. Your fit conversation should honestly address your schedule and capacity.
Do I need excellent credit or large amounts of capital?+
No particular credit score, funding approval, or capital amount is promised as a requirement for every strategy. Your plan will consider your actual resources, and every deal still requires appropriate due diligence.
Will I close a deal within 90 days?+
No one can ethically guarantee revenue or a closed deal. Outcomes depend on your market, experience, decisions, activity, resources, and implementation. The support commitment above is not an earnings guarantee.
How much additional marketing money will I need?+
That depends on your strategy and market. Your Manifestation Blueprint will prioritize methods appropriate to your current budget; tuition does not include advertising, software, legal, transaction, or other third-party business expenses.
What if I miss a live session?+
Group replays and resources are provided through Skool when available. Private-session rescheduling and attendance expectations are governed by the program agreement.
Are payments refundable?+
No. Because customization and access begin promptly, all payments are non-refundable as stated in the enrollment agreement. Payment obligations on installment plans continue according to the signed terms.
What happens after payment?+
You will continue to the thank-you page, schedule private onboarding, enter the paid Skool community, and prepare the information needed to begin your Manifestation Blueprint.
What happens after the beta?+
